I approach coaching with an honest + sensible + gentle nature. With my clients, we focus FORWARD. We’ll set goals together + I will hold you accountable to taking small steps toward the things you want to achieve!

What will our sessions together look like? Most of our calls together will be us seated at the computer (if we’re meeting virtually). You can imagine having an easygoing conversation where you are doing most of the sharing. My job as your coach is to listen + ask questions to guide you further along in exploring what may be limiting you from living the life you truly want. Are you getting in your own way? Is anxiety keeping you from pursuing that thing that keeps nagging at you? Are you numbing your emotions with busyness + distractions + other less-than-ideal coping mechanisms? Together, we’ll create a sustainable plan of action to get you moving toward the best direction for you!

Now, before we go on, I want to remind you that you have all the answers within you. I’m not a guru or a know-it-all. I’ve simply done a lot of research + I pay attention. I know how to listen between the lines, so to say. I want to share all of this incredible knowledge + insight with you so you can live a life you’re proud of + one that fits your unique HSP needs.
